James V. Mosley 74, died Sunday, March 25, 2007 at Candler Hospital. Mr. Mosley was a native of Dalton, Georgia and a longtime resident of Savannah. He attended St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church. Mr. Mosley was a graduate from the Garden Webb College in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama and received a Masters Degree in Education Administration from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. He was a retired Visual Aid Consultant with Department of the Army and an Auditor with the Internal Revenue Service here in Savannah.
Surviving are, his wife, Carol S. Mosley of Savannah, his daughter, Liana Mosley of Savannah, his sons, Christian Mosley of Florence, South Carolina, Berne Mosley of Arlington, Virginia, his sister, Anita Ozment, his aunt, Louise Newman both of Summerville, Georgia and two grandchildren, Nora and Sara Mosley.
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 28, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel with a Vigil Service at 7 p.m.
Funeral Services will be Thursday, March 29, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel with burial in Catholic Cemetery.
